Lodgemaiden Chronicles, Juneau Journeys: Shout Out to the Lower 48!

This is the view outside of my Apartment Window.
Hey everyone, I made it to Juneau alive! :D On the flight up I found Cody and we sat near each other for the SLC and SeaTac flights. It was really nice to have a travel buddy. :)

I've got myself settled in my apartment. Currently I'm living with two other girl's from the company. ACT (Alaska Coach Tours) rents apartments for the summer and they are spaced out between Juneau and Douglas.

I was able to go to the YSA ward on Sunday and ha a really great time. We get to go to evening Sacrament meetings on the 1st and 3rd Sundays starting in June, so that'll be good. We also have FHE as well as Institute if I can ever make it.

So far, as for work, I've been dual driving to learn the "lay of the land" before we get our first cruise ships on Thursday. Today we took a Company Fam Tour and met all of our vendors. I am so excited!

I don't have a whole lot of time right now, because the Public Library Only lets you use their Wifi for an hour. The Juneau Public Library (which happens to be located on the top of a parking garage) is right on the river. I already have my Temporary Library Card, so I'll all set to try and read in my spare time this summer. ;) I haven't been able to take a whole too many pictures yet, so I hope you'll be contented with the ones I currently have. I promise I'll post more soon when I have them!

I love and miss you all!
